Intelliquinte LLC (“Intelliquinte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. This Policy applies to information collected through our website and online store at store.intelliquinte.com (the “Site”) and through order processing, customer support, and other Services related to the sale of physical products in the United States. We do not accept or ship international orders.
By using our Site or purchasing from us you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
2. Summary
- We collect only the personal information necessary to process orders and communicate with customers (name, shipping address, contact info, order history).
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- We store customer data necessary to fulfill orders in an encrypted Supabase database.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data — see Section 11 for how.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: (A) information you give us, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information from third parties.
A. Information you provide directly
- Contact & identity: name, email address, phone number.
- Shipping & billing: shipping address, billing address.
- Order details: products ordered, sizes, customizations, order notes, order-status and cancellation requests submitted via the Order Status page.
- Communications: messages you send to customer support (including photos for defective items).
- Optional: newsletter signup, marketing preferences.
B. Payment information
All payment card processing is performed by Stripe. We do not store your full card numbers on our servers. We may receive limited payment-related information (payment confirmation, last four digits, payment status, transaction ID) necessary to manage your Order and refunds.
C. Automatic / technical information
We collect minimal technical data necessary for Site operation (session cookies, browser type, IP address, basic server logs). If we use analytics services, they may collect aggregated usage data. We limit telemetry to what is necessary for functionality, security, and fraud prevention.
D. Third-party sources
We may receive information from third-party services that help provide our Services (for example: Stripe, Supabase, shipping carriers such as USPS, email service providers).
4. How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill Orders: process, pack, and ship purchases; manage payment and refunds; send order confirmations and shipping notifications.
- Customer service: respond to questions, process cancellation requests, investigate defective/damaged items, and provide after-sale support.
- Legal and tax compliance: maintain records required by law.
- Security and fraud prevention; improvements and analytics (in aggregate).
- Marketing (optional): send newsletters or promotional messages if you opt in.

We use essential cookies and minimal analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser; functionality may be affected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
10. Data Retention
We retain data as long as necessary for orders, legal compliance, support, and marketing (until you unsubscribe). When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
11. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data; opt out of marketing; and for California/GDPR residents, additional rights.

Not intended for children under 13. Purchases by minors require parental permission.
