Shipping & Returns Policy — Intelliquinte LLC

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through store.intelliquinte.com (“Site”) operated by Intelliquinte LLC (“Intelliquinte,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy as part of our Terms of Service.
1. Shipping Coverage
- Domestic only: We ship within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where USPS delivers).
- No international shipping: Orders with shipping addresses outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded in full.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: Some products ship quickly, others are made-to-order or sourced on demand.
- Maximum fulfillment time: All products will be shipped within 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Estimated timelines: If a product is expected to take longer than typical processing times (e.g., over 2 weeks), we will note this on the product page or notify you by email after purchase.
- Business days: Processing times exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Primary carrier: USPS is our main carrier.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
- Delivery responsibility: Once an order is marked “Delivered” by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any delivery disputes must be resolved directly with USPS.
4. Order Cancellations
- How to cancel: You may request a cancellation via your Order Status page.
- Eligibility: Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped or entered final production/packing.
- Refund for cancellations: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank).
5. Returns & Refunds
- Return window: You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags/packaging.
- Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital goods or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Clearance/final sale items
- Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- Reporting: Contact us at contact@intelliquinte.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description, and photos of the issue.
- Resolution: We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund (including shipping) if the defect is confirmed.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return it under our Returns Policy and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- Delays: While we make every effort to ship within stated timelines, delays can occur due to supply chain issues, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Lost packages: If tracking does not update for more than 15 business days, contact us and we will assist in opening an inquiry with USPS. Resolution timelines vary by carrier.

We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will indicate the latest version.
